Hello reader!

I am a bilingual author, educator, and mom based in Wisconsin. I love working with other writers and artists, encouraging them, and learning about their creative process. My favorite creative activities are writing, singing, playing the keyboard, container gardening, knitting, and I’m working on learning hand lettering.

I have written from a young age, and I studied writing at Wheaton College (IL). I went on to do a graduate teacher certification program and MS and then taught Spanish for several years across 1st-12th grade. I currently work part-time as a college and career counselor and scheduler. I love analyzing post-secondary options with high schoolers one-on-one.

I like learning new things and keeping busy, and that’s the MO in our home with three growing kids (one is still a baby!).
